CVCC Development Impact Fees Annual and Five Year Accounting Report

 
The California Department of Fish and Game issued the Natural Community Conservation Plan (NCCP) Permit for the CVMSHCP on September 9, 2008. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service issued the final permit for the CVMSHCP on October 1, 2008.
